Aditya Hridaya Stotra ( आदित्य हृदय स्तोत्र ) वाल्मीकि रामायण के युद्ध काण्ड मे लिखे भगवान सूर्य देव के मंत्र हैं।
आदित्य हृदय स्तोत्र ( Aditya Hridaya Stotra ) का पाठ, नौकरी में पदोन्नति, धन प्राप्ति, प्रसन्नता, आत्मविश्वास के साथ-साथ समस्त कार्यों में सफलता पाने तथा मनोकामना सिद्ध करने मे किया जाता है।
ततो युद्धपरिश्रान्तं समरे चिन्तया स्थितम् ।
रावणं चाग्रतो दृष्टवा युद्धाय समुपस्थितम् ॥1॥
दैवतैश्च समागम्य द्रष्टुमभ्यागतो रणम् ।
उपगम्याब्रवीद् राममगरत्यो भगवांस्तदा ॥2॥
राम राम महाबाहो श्रृणु गुह्यं सनातनम् ।
येन सर्वानरीन् वत्स समरे विजयिष्यसे ॥3॥
आदित्यहृदयं पुण्यं सर्वशत्रुविनाशनम् ।
जयावहं जपं नित्यमक्षयं परमं शिवम् ॥4॥
सर्वमंगलमांगल्यं सर्वपापप्रणाशनम् ।
चिन्ताशोकप्रशमनमायुर्वधैनमुत्तमम् ॥5॥
रश्मिमन्तं समुद्यन्तं देवासुरनमस्कृतम् ।
पूजयस्व विवस्वन्तं भास्करं भुवनेश्वरम् ॥6॥
सर्वदेवतामको ह्येष तेजस्वी रश्मिभावनः ।
एष देवासुरगणाँल्लोकान् पाति गभस्तिभिः ॥7॥
एष ब्रह्मा च विष्णुश्च शिवः स्कन्दः प्रजापतिः ।
महेन्द्रो धनदः कालो यमः सोमो ह्यपां पतिः ॥8॥
पितरो वसवः साध्या अश्विनौ मरुतो मनुः ।
वायुर्वन्हिः प्रजाः प्राण ऋतुकर्ता प्रभाकरः ॥9॥
आदित्यः सविता सूर्यः खगः पूषा गर्भास्तिमान् ।
सुवर्णसदृशो भानुहिरण्यरेता दिवाकरः ॥10॥
हरिदश्वः सहस्रार्चिः सप्तसप्तिर्मरीचिमान् ।
तिमिरोन्मथनः शम्भूस्त्ष्टा मार्तण्डकोंऽशुमान् ॥11॥
हिरण्यगर्भः शिशिरस्तपनोऽहरकरो रविः ।
अग्निगर्भोऽदितेः पुत्रः शंखः शिशिरनाशनः ॥12॥
व्योमनाथस्तमोभेदी ऋम्यजुःसामपारगः ।
घनवृष्टिरपां मित्रो विन्ध्यवीथीप्लवंगमः ॥13॥
आतपी मण्डली मृत्युः पिंगलः सर्वतापनः ।
कविर्विश्वो महातेजा रक्तः सर्वभवोदभवः ॥14॥
नक्षत्रग्रहताराणामधिपो विश्वभावनः ।
तेजसामपि तेजस्वी द्वादशात्मन् नमोऽस्तु ते ॥15॥
नमः पूर्वाय गिरये पश्चिमायाद्रये नमः ।
ज्योतिर्गणानां पतये दिनाधिपतये नमः ॥16॥
जयाय जयभद्राय हर्यश्वाय नमो नमः ।
नमो नमः सहस्रांशो आदित्याय नमो नमः ॥17॥
नम उग्राय वीराय सारंगाय नमो नमः ।
नमः पद्मप्रबोधाय प्रचण्डाय नमोऽस्तु ते ॥18॥
ब्रह्मेशानाच्युतेशाय सूरायदित्यवर्चसे ।
भास्वते सर्वभक्षाय रौद्राय वपुषे नमः ॥19॥
तमोघ्नाय हिमघ्नाय शत्रुघ्नायामितात्मने ।
कृतघ्नघ्नाय देवाय ज्योतिषां पतये नमः ॥20॥
तप्तचामीकराभाय हस्ये विश्वकर्मणे ।
नमस्तमोऽभिनिघ्नाय रुचये लोकसाक्षिणे ॥21॥
नाशयत्येष वै भूतं तमेव सृजति प्रभुः ।
पायत्येष तपत्येष वर्षत्येष गभस्तिभिः ॥22॥
एष सुप्तेषु जागर्ति भूतेषु परिनिष्ठितः ।
एष चैवाग्निहोत्रं च फलं चैवाग्निहोत्रिणाम् ॥23 ॥
देवाश्च क्रतवश्चैव क्रतूनां फलमेव च ।
यानि कृत्यानि लोकेषु सर्वेषु परमप्रभुः ॥24॥
एनमापत्सु कृच्छ्रेषु कान्तारेषु भयेषु च ।
कीर्तयन् पुरुषः कश्चिन्नावसीदति राघव ॥25॥
पूजयस्वैनमेकाग्रो देवदेवं जगत्पतिम् ।
एतत् त्रिगुणितं जप्तवा युद्धेषु विजयिष्ति ॥26॥
अस्मिन् क्षणे महाबाहो रावणं त्वं जहिष्यसि ।
एवमुक्त्वा ततोऽगस्त्यो जगाम स यथागतम् ॥27॥
एतच्छ्रुत्वा महातेजा, नष्टशोकोऽभवत् तदा ।
धारयामास सुप्रीतो राघवः प्रयतात्मवान् ॥28॥
आदित्यं प्रेक्ष्य जप्त्वेदं परं हर्षमवाप्तवान् ।
त्रिराचम्य शुचिर्भूत्वा धनुरादाय वीर्यवान् ॥29॥
रावणं प्रेक्ष्य हृष्टात्मा जयार्थे समुपागमत् ।
सर्वयत्नेन महता वृतस्तस्य वधेऽभवत् ॥30॥
अथ रविरवदन्निरीक्ष्य रामं मुदितनाः परमं प्रहृष्यमाणः ।
निशिचरपतिसंक्षयं विदित्वा सुरगणमध्यगतो वचस्त्वरेति ॥31 ॥

O Rāma, Rāma, mighty-armed one, please hear this eternal secret.
By this, O child, you will conquer all your enemies in battle.

This eternal, inexhaustible and supremely auspicious chanting brings victory.
It is auspicious for all and destroys all sins.
It is the best reliever of anxiety and sorrow and longevity and killing.
The rising sun was worshiped by the demigods and demons.
Worship Vivasvan the sun lord of the worlds.
He is the embodiment of all the demigods and is effulgent and radiant.
He protects the worlds of the gods and demons with his rays.
This is the Brahmā, Vishnu, Śiva, Skanda and Prajāpati.

O Lord of the lights, destroyer of the ungrateful, I offer my obeisances unto Thee.
O Viśvakarmā, I laugh at you, who are as bright as burning gold.
Obeisance to you who destroy darkness and who are tasteful and who witness the worlds.
He destroys the past, but the Lord creates it.
This one drinks this one heats this one rains with his rays.
He is present in the beings who are awake while they are asleep.
This is also the Agnihotra and the fruits of the performers of Agnihotra.

Whatever deeds the Supreme Lord performed in all the worlds.

O Rama no man gets depressed by chanting his name

By chanting this mantra three times he will be victorious in battles.

Having performed three ablutions he purified himself and took up the bow and became valiant.
Seeing Ravana Rama was overjoyed and approached him for victory
With great effort he was surrounded and killed.
Then the sun spoke, looking at Rama, overjoyed and overjoyed.

ಆಗ ಅಗರತ್ಯನು ರಾಮನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು
ಓ ರಾಮ, ರಾಮ, ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿ, ಈ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳಿ.
ಇದರಿಂದ ಓ ಮಗುವೇ, ನೀನು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸುವೆ.
ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಹೃದಯವು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಅಕ್ಷಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಮ ಮಂಗಳಕರವಾದ ಪಠಣವು ವಿಜಯವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಆತಿಥ್ಯಗಳ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ದಿನದ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ನಮನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಜಯ, ಜಯಭದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಹರ್ಯಾಶ್ವ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಮನಗಳು.
ಸಾವಿರ ಭಾಗದ ಸೂರ್ಯನಿಗೆ ನಮನ, ನಿನಗೆ ನಮನ.
ಉಗ್ರ, ವೀರ ಮತ್ತು ಆಕರ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ನಮನಗಳು.
ಕಮಲವನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮನಗಳು ಪ್ರಚಂಡನಾದ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮನ.
ಹೇ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮದೇವನೇ, ಅಚ್ಯುತದೇವನೇ, ಸೂರ್ಯದೇವನ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯೇ, ನೀನು ಸೂರ್ಯನಂತೆ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವೆ.
ಓ ಹೊಳೆಯುವ ಸರ್ವಭಕ್ಷಕ, ಭಯಾನಕ ದೇಹವೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ನಮನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಓ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯ ನಾಶಕ, ಹಿಮ ನಾಶಕ, ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ನಾಶಕ, ಓ ಅಳೆಯಲಾಗದ ಆತ್ಮ!
ಓ ದೀಪಗಳ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ಕೃತಘ್ನರನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವವನೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ನಮನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಓ ವಿಶ್ವಕರ್ಮಾ, ಸುಡುವ ಚಿನ್ನದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನವಾಗಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ನಗುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಅಂಧಕಾರವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ರುಚಿಕರವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಲೋಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮನಗಳು.
ಅವನು ಹಿಂದಿನದನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಆದರೆ ಭಗವಂತ ಅದನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ಅವನು ಇದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಅವನ ಕಿರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಸಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ಅವನು ಮಲಗಿರುವಾಗ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿರುವ ಜೀವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ಇದು ಅಗ್ನಿಹೋತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗ್ನಿಹೋತ್ರ ಮಾಡುವವರ ಫಲವೂ ಹೌದು.

ಸಂಕಟ, ಕಷ್ಟ, ಮರುಭೂಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಯದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
ಓ ರಾಮಾ, ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ತನ್ನ ನಾಮಸ್ಮರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
ಆತನನ್ನು ಏಕ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಪೂಜಿಸು, ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಭು ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಡದ ಅಧಿಪತಿ.
ಈ ಮಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮೂರು ಬಾರಿ ಜಪಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಯುದ್ಧಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜಯಶಾಲಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ಈ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಓ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಿ, ನೀನು ರಾವಣನನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸುವೆ.
ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಅಗಸ್ತ್ಯನು ಬಂದಂತೆಯೇ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದನು
ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಬಲಶಾಲಿಯಾದ ರಾಮನು ದುಃಖವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡನು
ಸ್ವಯಂನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತ ರಾಮನು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದನು
ಸೂರ್ಯನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಅವನು ವೇದಗಳನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸಿದನು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಮ ಸಂತೋಷವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದನು
ಮೂರು ಅಭ್ಯಂಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಅವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಿದನು ಮತ್ತು ಧನುಸ್ಸನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ವೀರನಾದನು.
ರಾವಣನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ ರಾಮನು ಸಂತೋಷಗೊಂಡು ವಿಜಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು
ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರೆದು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲಾಯಿತು.
ಆಗ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ರಾಮನನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ, ಆನಂದದಿಂದ ಪರಮಾನಂದದಿಂದ ಮಾತಾಡಿದನು.
ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯ ವಿನಾಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಾಗ, ಅವನು ದೇವತೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆತುರದಿಂದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು.
